RESOLUTION 70-64 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING A VARIANCE ON <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 70-19 FILED BY FAIRVIEW <br />PROPERTIES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission granted a variance on Variance Application 70-19, <br />filed by FAIRVIEW PROPERTIES, and Appeal Application No. 237 <br />was duly filed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, <br />has determined that said Variance Application does not meet the <br />requirements of the Santa Ana Municipal Code and that the decision <br />of the Planning Commission should be overruled and that said <br />variance should be denied; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby overrule the decision of the Planning <br />Commission and Variance Application No. 237, filed by FAIRVIEW <br />PROPERTIES, is hereby denied. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of July, 1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~S~ISTA~T CLERK OF THE C~NClL <br /> <br />M~YOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, MAXINE VALLERY, do hereby certify that I am the Assistant <br />Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing <br />Resolution was introduced to said Council at its regular meeting <br />held on the 20th day of July, 1970, and was at said meeting passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Evans, Patterson, Villa, Griset <br />COUNCILMEN: Herrin, Markel, Yamamoto <br /> <br />ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />ASSISTANT CLERK OF THE~OUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
