RESOLUTION 70-66 APPROVING A CIVIL DEFENSE <br />AND DISASTER PLAN FOR THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance NS-1010, Section 2-406 (1) Division 3, <br />states that the civil Defense and Disaster Plan is to be approved <br />by the city Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this plan has been prepared by the Director of <br />Disaster Services and has received the approval of the california <br />Disaster Office; and <br /> <br /> Wq4_EREAS, this plan has been submitted to this City Council <br />for approval; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Civil Defense and <br />Disaster Plan is hereby approved and accepted by this Council, <br />and a copy of all future amendments thereto approved by the Director <br />of Disaster Services shall be placed on file with the Clerk of the <br />Council, and shall be effective upon acceptance by the City Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLOHENCE I.
