RESOLUTION 70-67 HEARING AND RULING OF <br />OBJECTIONS TO WEED ABATEMENT REPORT OF <br />DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS, APPROVING <br />REPORT AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF FILED <br />WITH THE TAX COLLECTOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has given notice as <br />required by law, in which notice the third day of August, 1970, <br />~t the hour of 7:30 P.M. was fixed as the time, and 500 West Sixth <br />Street as the place where any and all persons interested in the <br />said report might be heard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time set, the Director of Public Works <br />having submitted the said report and all of said protests or <br />objections to said report having been heard, <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the city Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana that all of said protests or objections to the said <br />report of the work done be, and the same are hereby overruled and <br />the report affirmed, and that the Director of Public Works be, <br />and he is hereby directed to file a copy of said report with the <br />Tax Collector of Orange County. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1970. <br /> <br />ATTE ST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
