RESOLUTION 70-75 AMENDING THE PUBLIC SERVICES AND <br />FACILITIES ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 21, 1966, the City of Santa Ana adopted <br />a general plan for the future physical development of the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Santa Ana Planning Commission has now determined <br />that the Public Service and Facilities Element of the General Plan <br />should be amended to reflect an addition to Local Drainage Area IX, <br />said addition to include the area east of Bear Street, south of <br />Alton Street, north of Sunflower Avenue, west of the F-2 Orange <br />County Flood Control Channel; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana hereby approves and adopts the recommendation of <br />the Santa Ana Planning Commission to reflect an addition to Local <br />Drainage Area IX, said addition to include the area east of Bear <br />Street, south of Alton Street, north of Sunflower Avenue, west of the <br />F-2 Orange County Flood Control Channel; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the official General Plan map <br />depicting Public Service and Facilities Elements shall be amended <br />by depicting the addition to Local Drainage Area IX as above <br />described; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That in accordance with Section <br />27-17 of Chapter 27 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code the said <br />proposal is hereby adopted. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
