RESOLUTION 70-77 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING A VARIANCE ON <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 70-32 FILED BY JAMES L. BAKER <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE BUILDING CODE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator <br />denied a variance on Variance Application 70-32 filed by JAMES L. <br />BAKER; and Appeal Application 240 was duly filed by the applicant <br />presenting the matter to the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, <br />has determined that said Variance Application meets the requirements <br />of Section 41-638 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, that the decision <br />of the Zoning Administrator should be overruled and that said <br />variance should be granted, subject to compliance with the Building <br />Code; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana does hereby overrule the decision of the <br />Zoning Administrator and does hereby grant a variance on <br />variance Application 70-32 to permit an existing room addition <br />that encroaches to within 6 feet of the rear yard in the R-1 <br />District at 3614 South Olive Street, Santa Ana, California; said <br />variance is granted subject to compliance with the Building Code <br />of the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of August, 1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
