Section 1 of the Lease is amended by <br />adding the definition of the term "Fiscal Year" to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> "'Fiscal Year' means the Fiscal Year as esta- <br /> blished from time to time by the City, being as of <br /> the date of this Lease, the period from July i to <br /> and including the following June 30." <br /> <br /> Section 4.
