RESOLUTION 70-100 AMENDING RESOLUTION 70-41 <br />TO PROVIDE FEES FOR USE OF CITY-OWNED SHOWMOBILE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution 70-41, charges were established for <br />certain services and facilities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is felt the City-owned SHOWMOBILE should be <br />made available for general use upon the payment of an appropriate, <br />reasonable fee; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution 70-41 is <br />amended by adding prior to the last substantive paragraph thereof <br />the following: <br /> <br />SHOWMOBILE <br /> <br />For schools, non-profit, <br />and civic organizations <br /> <br />charitable, <br /> <br />$25.00 set up <br />$10.00 per hour <br />(or fraction) use <br /> <br />For City-sponsored or <br />affiliated activities <br /> <br />No charge <br /> <br />The showmobile may not be used outside <br />the Santa Ana City Limits.
