RESOLUTION 70-103 APPROVING A CERTAIN AMENDMENT <br />TO T~E SANTA ANA CITY HALL LEASE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, <br />California, did approve as to form that certain document entitled <br />"AMENDMENT TO SANTA ANA CITY HALL LEASE" on September 29, 1970; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana expressed <br />its intent to give final approval to said Amendment following the <br />calculation of an annual rental to be inserted in said Amendment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEIIEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. That that certain document entitled "AMENDMENT TO SANTA <br />ANA CITY HALL LEASE", attached hereto, is hereby approved with the <br />addition of an annual rental amount of <br /> <br /> 2. That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby <br />authorized to execute said Amendment; <br /> <br /> 3.
