RESOLUTION ~0-t09 DECLARING <br />INTENTION OF Tt~E CITY COUNCIL <br />TO CHANGE THE BOUNDARY LINES <br />OF WARDS AS REQUIRED BY THE <br />CHARTER OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF <br />PUBLIC HEARING THEREON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Santa Ana declares that <br />the City Council shall change Ward boundary lines each two years <br />prior to the General Municipal Election; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />hereby declares its intention to make changes in the boundary lines of <br />the Wards in the City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 2tst day <br />of December, 1970, in the Council Chambers, City Hall Annex, 500 <br />West Sixth Street, Santa Ana, California, is the time and place when <br />and where any person having any interest in, objection to, or suggestion <br />regarding the making of changes in Ward boundary lines may appear <br />before the City Council and be heard thereon. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />directed to give notice of said hearing by publishing this Resolution <br />once a week for two weeks in the REGISTER prior to December 21, <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of November, <br /> <br />That the Clerk of the Council is <br /> <br /> 1970. <br /> <br />1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
