DEFINITIONS. <br /> <br /> Unless the context otherwise requires, the terms defined <br />in this Section i shall, for all purposes of this State Building <br />Lease, have the meanings herein specified. <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> "Agreement" means that certain Agreement entitled: <br />"Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement Between the City of San~a Aha <br />and the County of Orange Creating the Orange County Civic C~ter <br />Authority" under and pursuant to which the Authority has been <br />organized, and Amendments thereto. <br />BONDS <br /> <br /> "Bonds" means the revenue bonds to be issued by the <br />Authority under and pursuant to the Resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
