RESOLUTION 71-3 UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND DENYING MINOR EXCEPTION <br />70-13 FILED BY KENNETH L. AND FRETA M. EDWARDS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of <br />the Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />does hereby uphold the decision of the Zoning Administrator, and <br />Appeal Number 252 on Minor Exception 70-13, filed by KENNETH L. and <br />FRETA M.
