In Re <br />Hearing <br />"Frank Borchard o. <br />Annex No. 2" <br />Ordinance Declaring <br />Annexation <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing protests on annexation to the Cit~ <br />of certain uninhabited territory designated "Frank Borchard Annex No. <br />2", and no protests being received; on motion of Councilman McBride, <br />seconded by Larsen and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance declaring the annexation of that <br /> ~ r nk Borchard <br />certain territory designated '~ a <br />Annex No.2'l" <br /> <br />In Re <br />Hearln~ <br />~eso]. No. <br />Ordering vacation of <br />puolic service easements <br />in Tract No. 2019 <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing protests on the vacation of publi~ <br />service easements in Tract No. 2019 requested by Walter Baker; no <br />protests were received. The Council having unanimously waived the <br />reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Larsen, seconded <br /> <br />by McBride and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 54-221 ordering vacation of <br /> public service easements in Tract No. 2019" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />In Re <br />Hearing <br />Electrical Code <br />Ordinance No. NS-68 <br />Adopt Electrical <br />Code <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br /> <br /> Noes, CoUncilmen <br /> Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />This being the date set <br /> <br /> J.L.McBride, Thomas F. Larsen, <br /> Courtney R. Chandler <br /> None <br /> William Jerome, Milford W. Dahl <br /> <br />for'hearing protests on the adoption of an <br /> <br />Electrical Code; no protests were received. The Council having <br /> <br />unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of Council- <br /> <br />man Larsen, seconded by McBride and carried, the following Ordinance <br /> <br />entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Section 8300 and repealing <br />other Sections, all of Chapter 3, Article VIII <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to adopt by <br />reference a Santa Aha Electrical Code" <br /> <br />was considered, designated Ordinance No. NS-68 and passed by the fol- <br /> <br />lowing vote: <br /> <br />In.Re <br />Hearing <br />Reclassify property <br />north side of Fairview <br />between Bristol and <br />Baker Streets <br />E.L.~uffham etal <br />Ordinance <br /> <br /> Ayes, Councilmen J.L.McBride, Thomas F.
