RESOLUTION 71-21 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT 70-15 FILED BY HELEN J. PETERSON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning <br />Administrator denied Conditional Use Permit 70-15, filed by <br />HELEN J.
