RESOLUTION 71-22 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT 70-14 FILED BY ESTON A.ROSE <br /> <br /> WIqEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning <br />Administrator denied Conditional Use Permit 70-14, filed by <br />ESTON A. ROSE to construct a horse stable at 4626 West Fifth <br />Street, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, Appeal Application 255 was duly filed by the <br />applicant, appealing the decision of the Zoning Administrator <br />and presenting the matter to the City Council; and <br /> <br /> W}IEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing, on <br />notice, has determined that the decision of the Zoning Administrator <br />should be overruled and that said Conditional Use Permit should <br />be granted subject to certain applicable conditions; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the said Conditional <br />Use Permit is hereby conditionally granted for a period of time <br />not to exceed six (6) months from the date of the adoption of <br />this Resolution. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of April, 1971. <br /> <br />ATTE ST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
