RESOLUTION 71-26 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND GP~NTING CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT 71-2 FILED BY W. D. RUSH, SUBJECT TO <br />APPLICABLE CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission denied a Conditional Use Permit on Application 71-2, <br />filed by W. D. RUSH to permit dismantling of vehicles and <br />retail sales of vehicle parts in the M-2 District at 665 South <br />Santa Fe Street, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application 261 was duly filed by the <br />applicant appealing the decision of the Planning Commission <br />and presenting the matter to the City Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana does hereby overrule the decision of <br />the Planning Commission and does grant Conditional Use Permit <br />71-2, FILED BY W. D. RUSH, to permit dismantling of vehicles <br />and retail sales of vehicle parts in the M-2 District at 665 <br />South Santa Fe Street, Santa Ana, California; said Conditional <br />Use Permit is granted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved plot plan <br /> except for minor modifications approved by the Planning <br /> Department; <br /> <br />That there be no stacking of vehicles anywhere on the <br /> subject pmoperty, or the Conditional Use Permit shall <br /> become null and void; <br /> <br />3.
