RESOLUTION NO. 71-3% <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES IN <br />DESCRIPTIONS 0P ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236 <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ambiguities may exist in the legal descriptions <br />of some of the parcel sof real property assessed in this assess- <br />ment district as such descriptions are set forth in the assessment <br />recorded in the office of the Director of Public Works of said <br />City of Santa Ana, because of the method used in preparing said <br />descriptions, and if so, should be eliminated. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, State of California, in regular session <br />assembled, that the legal descriptions of the following numbered <br />assessments set forth in said assessment, and in the bonds issued <br />to represent the unpaid amount of said assessments, are amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
