Assessment No. 62: <br /> <br />The Northerly 50 feet of the property described <br />as follows: That portion of Lots 7 and 10 in <br />Block 12 of the Town of Santa Ana, Book 2, <br />Page 51 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br />County, described as follows: Beginning at <br />a point in the Northerly line of said Lot 10~ <br />63 feet Easterly of the Northwest corner thereof; <br />thence South 100 feet to a point in the Southerly <br />line of Lot 7; thence Westerly along the <br />Southerly line of said Lot 7, 21 feet 4 inches; <br />thence North 100 feet to a point in the <br />Northerly line of said Lot 10; thence Easterly <br />along said Northerly line 21 feet 4 inches to <br />the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Assessment No. 63: <br /> <br />The Northerly 50 feet of the property described <br />as follows: That portion of Lots 7 and 10 <br />in Block 12 of the Town of Santa Ana, Book 2~ <br />Page 51 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br />County, bounded and described as follows: <br />beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot <br />10 and running thence Easterly along the <br />Northerly line of said Lot 41 feet and 8 inches; <br />thence South 100 feet to the South line of <br />Lot 7 in said Block 12; Thence Westerly along <br />the South line of said Lot 7, 41 feet and 8 <br />inches to the Southwest corner of said Lot 7; <br />thence Northerly along the Westerly line of <br />said Lots 7 and 10, 100 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the description of <br />each parcel of real property described in said assessments and in <br />said bonds, reference shall be made to the maps thereof on file <br />in the Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. <br /> <br />ADOPTED the 5th day of April, 1971. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br /> <br />
