RESOLUTION 71-32 AMENDING RESOLUTION 57-304 <br />AUTHORIZING NO PARKING DURING VARIOUS HOURS <br />AND DAYS AT MONTE VISTA SCHOOL AND SPECIAL <br />BUS STANDS AND SPECIAL SIGNS AT SUCH LOCATiION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Santa Ann Council of Churches ha,s for several <br />years, by agreement with the Santa Ann schools, maintained and <br />carried on a program known as Released Time Christian Education <br />by the use of mobile classrooms, consisting of a large trailer <br />and a bus, for the accommodation of students selecting this <br />elective education program; and <br /> <br /> WHEPdEAS, it is necessary to move such mobile equipment from <br />one school to another and to have, immediately adjacent to said <br />schools, adequate curb parking available for said mobi~ equipment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution 57-304, <br />authorizing no parking areas at certain locations is hereby amended <br />by adding the following reserved space for this public service <br />during those specific times and on those specific days set forth <br />below: <br /> <br />Monday - Monte Vista School - 7~30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. <br /> on Center Street, 700 Block, on the East <br /> side of the street. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said area shallbe appropriately <br />marked and posted to the approval of the Police Department; that <br />said signs shall be supplied by the Board of Released Time Christian <br />Education; said signs are authorized under the authority of Section <br />36-40 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Sant <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of April, 1971. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
