RESOLUTION 71-35 UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF :THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING A VARIANCE ON <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 71-5 FILED BY GENERAL <br />RESIDENTIAL CORPORATION SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE <br />CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WXqEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the planning <br />Commission granted a variance on Variance Applicatiom 71-5, filed <br />by GENERAL RESIDENTIAL CORPORATION to permanently utilize a <br />freeway oriented, on-premise sign that has temporary approval <br />in the R 3 H District at 2025 North Bush Street, Santa Ana, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, pursuant to Sections 41-642 and 41-644 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, the matter was set for public hearing <br />before the City Council on April 5, 1971; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice <br />has determined that said Variance Application meets the requirements <br />of Section 41-638 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code and that said <br />Variance should be granted subject to certain applicable,conditions; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana does hereby uphold the decisiom of the <br />Planning Commission and does hereby grant a varianceion Variance <br />Application 71-5 filed by GENERAL RESIDENTIAL CORPORATION to <br />permanently utilize a freeway oriented, on-premise sign that has <br />temporary approval in the R 3 H District at 2025 North Bush Street, <br />Santa Ana, California; said variance is granted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That development be according to the approved plot plan, except <br /> for minor modifications approved by the Planning Department; <br /> <br />2.
