RESOLUTION 71-38 ORDERING THE VACATION OF <br />APRICOT STREET, EAST OF HALLADAY STREET~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on recommendation of the Department of Public <br />Works and the Planning Department of the City of Santa Ana, <br />Resolution 71-30 was adopted giving notice of intention to <br />vacate that certain street right of way herein described; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 3rd, 1971, a public hearing was duly <br />held on said street vacation on posted notices and the <br />publication of Resolution 71-30; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana does hereby find that Apricot Street, <br />as it exists east of Halladay Street, is unnecessary for present <br />or proepective street purposes and does hereby make its order <br />abandoning and vacating for street purposes that certain right <br />of way in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br />California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Ail that certain land situated in the County of Orange, State <br />of california, described as follows: <br /> <br />That portion of the Northerly half of Apricot Street, 60.00 <br />feet wide, as shown on a map of W. G. Benedict's Subdivision <br />of Daniel Halladay Tract recorded in Book 25, pages 7 and 8 <br />of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, lying between <br />the Southerly prolongation of the Westerly line of Lot 8, <br />Block C and the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly line <br />of LOt 9, Block C, both of said W. G. Benedict's Subdivision. <br /> <br />That portion of the Southerly half of Apricot Street, 60.00 <br />feet wide, as shown on a map of W. G. Benedict's Subdivision <br />of Daniel Halladay Tract recorded in Book 25, pages 7 and 8 <br />of Miscellaneous Records of LOs Angeles County, lying between <br />the Northerly prolongation of the westerly line of Lot 7, <br />Block D and the Northerly prolongation of the Easterly line <br />of Lot 6, Block D, both of said W. G.
