Picnic Groups (Applicable to Groups to 50 5.00 <br />all Parks) Groups 51-100 10.00 <br /> Groups 100 or more 15.00 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That copies of maps, diagrams, <br />graphs, or special work may be furnished upon the payment of the <br />cost of printing and preparation. For these items for which a <br />regular established price is unavailable, the department head, <br />in collaboration with the ~irector of Finance, may establish a <br />price consistent with the idea of cost recovery, service involved, <br />and convenience. The Director of Finance shall report these <br />exceptions to the City Manager. It shall be the responsibility <br />of the City Manager to review all of these costs annually and <br />make such recommendations to the City Council as required to <br />keep the charges in line with the costs.
