RESOLUTION 71-54 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING A VARIANCE <br />ON VARIANCE APPLICATION 71-24 SUBJECT TO <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL CONTAINED IN FINDING OF FACT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing, on notice, the Zoning <br />Administrator DENIED a variance on Variance Application 71-24 <br />filed by WILLIAM H. BEBERMEYER to construct a duplex in the <br />C-1 District at 1720 West Santa Ana Boulevard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application 270 was duly filed by the <br />applicant, appealing the decision of the Zoning Administrator <br />and presenting the matter to the City Coucil; and <br /> <br /> W}{EREAS, the City Council, after public hearing, on notice, <br />has determined that said Variance should be granted, subject <br />to certain applicable conditions; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana hereby overrules the decision of the <br />Zoning Administrator and does hereby grant a variance on Variance <br />Application 71-24 filed by WILLIAM H. BEBERMEYER to permit the <br />construction of a duplex in the C-1 District at 1720 West <br />Santa Ana Boulevard, Santa Ana, California; said Variance is <br />granted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. Planning Department Requirements 1 and 2; <br /> <br />b. Public Works Requirements 1, 5, 7, 10, 16, 22c, 22d, 41, <br /> 42 and 43; <br /> <br />as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof as though set forth in full. <br /> <br />Dedication <br /> <br />Santa Ana Boulevard: 1. Street easement for a width of 52 feet <br /> from center line ~o property line; <br /> <br />2.
