RESOLUTION 71-58 AMENDING SECTION 3 OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 BY DELETING CERTAIN <br />SPECIFIED CLASSES AND ADDING THE CLASSES <br />OF EQUIPMENT OPERATOR-STREET, MOTOR SWEEPER <br />OPERATOR AND STREET FOREMAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted <br />Resolution No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation <br />Plan for employees of the City of Santa Aha; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to modify the list of class titles <br />contained in said Resolution No. 58-281, as amended. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the following class titles <br />shall be deleted from Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, as amended: <br /> <br />Class Title <br /> <br />Salary Range No. <br /> <br />Equipment Operator <br />Equipment Operator Foreman <br />Painter Foreman <br /> <br />34 <br />41 <br />41 <br /> <br />and the following class titles with salary range numbers as set opposite, <br />substituted therefor, in proper alphabetical sequence: <br /> <br />Equipment Operator-Street <br />Motor Sweeper Operator <br />Street Foreman <br /> <br />34 <br />34 <br />41 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take effect on <br />June 7 , 1971. <br /> <br />ASSISTANT <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br />its regular meeting held on the 7th day of June , 1971. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLEF~ OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
