RESOLUTION 71-69 UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING THE APPEAL ON <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 71-32 FILED BY TRANS-COLUMBIA <br />INVESTMENTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of <br />the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana does hereby uphold the decision of the Planning Commission, <br />and Appeal No. 276 on Variance Application 71-32, filed by <br />Trans-Columbia Investments, is hereby denied. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1971. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
