RESOLUTION NO. 71-78 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT MAP <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 225 <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, California, in regular session assembled, that the <br />proposed boundaries of the assessment district proposed to be <br />assessed in this assessment proceeding to pay any part of the <br />cost of the proposed improvement in this assessment district are <br />as shown upon a map of the assessment district now on file in the <br />office of the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Ana, <br />and the Director of Public Works of said City of Santa Ana, and <br />entitled "PROPOSED BOUNDARIES 0F ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 225, <br />IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA," <br />and which map indicates by a boundary line the extent of the <br />territory included in this assessment district. Said plat or map <br />is hereby adopted as the plat or map describing the extent of <br />the territory to be included in this proposed assessment <br />district. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of said City Council is hereby ordered and <br />directed to endorse upon the original and at least one copy of <br />said map her certificate evidencing the date and adoption of this <br />resolution. Thereafter, said Clerk shall file the original of <br />said map as so endorsed in said Clerk's office, and shall forth- <br />with thereafter file a copy of said map executed as hereinbefore <br />directed with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />ADOPTED the <br /> <br />?th day of September, 1971. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the C6~ncil <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
