RESOLUTION NO. 71-85 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 225 <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana, California, in regular session assembled, that the time hereby <br />fixed for receiving sealed proposals or bids for the doing of the <br />work and making the improvements described in Resolution of <br />Intention No. 71-83 adopted September 7, 1971, is the 18th' <br />day of October, 1971 at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. Said <br />sealed proposals or bids shall be delivered to and opened, examined <br />and declared by the Pumchasing Agent of said City of Santa Ana, <br />California, at a public hearing called by said Purchasing Agent in <br />his office in the City Hall, Santa Ana, California, at 2:00 o'clock <br />P.M. on Monday, the 18th day of October, 1971. Said Purchasing <br />Agent shall report the results of sa~d bidding to said City Council <br />at its regular meetingofNov~_fnber 1~ 1971.
