RESOLUTION 71-96 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF <br />THE PLAlql~ING COMMISSION AND CONDITIONALLY <br />GRANTING CUP 71-23 FILED BY CHARLES AND <br />MARGARET J. RUFF <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana does hereby overrule the decision of the Planning Commission <br />and does hereby grant Conditional Use Permit 71-23 filed by Charles <br />and Margaret J. Huff for a rest home in an existing single family <br />residence in the R 1 District at 910 N. Sheffield Street, Santa <br />Ana, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved plot <br />plan, except for minor modifications approved by <br />the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire De- <br /> partments be met. <br /> <br />That a landscape plan be submitted to and approved <br />by the Planning Department, including the provisions <br />of Sec. 41-618 of the Zoning Ordinance, and that <br />said landscaping be implemented and be continuously <br />maintained. <br /> <br />4. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights. <br /> <br />5. Pay street tree charges. <br /> <br />6. Construct necessary street improvements: sidewalk. <br /> <br />7. Repair or replace existing street improvements to <br /> City Standards: driveway. <br /> <br />Ail public improvement construction shall be subject <br />to inspection and approval by the Department of <br />Public Works. <br /> <br />The following requirements must also be met: <br /> <br />1. Improvements: <br /> <br />(a) Replace asphalt drive approach to City standards. <br /> <br />NOTE: The applicant should investigate regular fees for future orna- <br />mental street lights, street improvements, etc. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of October, 1971. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
