RESOLUTION 71-110 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT FOR THE PURCHASE OR EXCHANGE OF <br />CITY OWNED PROPERTIES <br /> <br /> W/qEREAS, the responsible staff members respectively <br />of the Santa Ana Unified School District and the City of <br />Santa Ana have reached agreement providing for the acqui- <br />sition by the School of certain properties owned by the <br />City at the Warner Avenue corporation yard and at E1 Salvador Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, such agreement contemplates that the School <br />will pay the City either cash in the sum of $71,640.00, or <br />real property acceptable to the City of equivalent value <br />within one year of the execution of the agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City property being sold to the School <br />is not needed for City purposes; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes the preparation <br />and execution by the Mayor of a written agreement reflecting <br />the terms of this resolution. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the l~th day of <br /> November , 1971. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
