RESOLUTION 71-112 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND CONDITIONALLY <br />GRANTING CUP 71-22 FILED BY RICHARD C. BRUCE <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha does hereby overrule the decision of the Planning Commission <br />and does hereby grant Conditional Use Permit 71-22, filed by <br />Richard C. Bruce, to allow an automobile salvage and wrecking yard <br />in the M 2 District at 920 E. 6th Street. This CUP is granted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That CUP is approved for a three (3) year period, at <br />which time it will be subject to council review for <br />continuance. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved plot <br />plan, except for minor modifications approved by the <br />Planning Department. <br /> <br />3. That all conditions of the Building and Fire Depart- <br /> ments be met. <br /> <br />Submit to the Department of Public Works, for their <br />approval, an acceptable final grading plan or an on- <br />site drainage plan or both, showing the direction <br />and means of flow to the adjacent street(s) or <br />channel(s) when this property is developed. Plan is <br />to include existing and proposed elevations at the <br />property lines. Applicants should check with the <br />Department of Public Works for extent of study needs. <br /> <br />5. Dedicate required street or alley right of way. <br /> <br />6. Provide construction plans for required street improve- <br /> ment. <br /> <br />7. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights. <br /> <br />8. Pay street tree charges. <br /> <br />9. Construct necessary street improvements: <br /> <br />a. paving, <br />b. curb and gutter, <br />c. sidewalk. <br /> <br />10. Repair or replace existing street improvements to City <br /> standards: <br /> <br />a. driveway. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Provide for installation of approved street lighting <br />with underground service on all street frontages unless <br />otherwise noted. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Ail plans and surveys for required public improvements <br />shall be prepared under the direction of a registered <br />Civil Engineer and shall be submitted to the Department <br />of Public Works for approval. <br /> <br />13. Ail public improvement construction shall be subject to <br /> inspection and approval by the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />14. Ail elevations shall be referenced to the 1958 Orange <br /> County Survey Datum. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
