RESOLUTION 71-113 AMENDING SECTION <br />3.1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 BY <br />ESTABLISHING NEW WAGE RATES FOR <br />CERTAIN PART-TIME Aha) TEMPORARY <br />EMPLOYEES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958 the City Council passed and adopted <br />Resolution No. 58-281 revising and establishing the Basic Compensation Plan <br />for employees of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended this Resolution; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to change some rates in Section 3.1 of said <br />Resolution No. 58-281; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3.1 of Resolution No. 58-281 <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.1: Part-Time and Temporary Rates. Part-time and temporary employees <br />under the following class titles shall receive wages based on the rates set opposite <br />the class title: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE RATE <br /> <br />Cashier $2.45 hour <br />Chief Lifeguard 3.25 hour <br />Crossing Guard 9.50 daily <br />Law Clerk 4.45 hour <br />Library Page 1.90-2.10 hour <br />Lifeguard 2.75 hour <br />Night Caretaker 2.75 hour <br />Recreation Attendant 1.~90 hour <br />Recreation Leader I 2.30-2.55-2.65-2.75 hour <br />Recreation Leader II 3.00-3.10-3.20 hour <br />Recreation Specialist 3.45 hour <br />Score Official 2.70 game <br />Sports Official, Adult 4.00-5.00-6.00 game <br />Sports Official, Junior 1.50-2.10-2.75 game <br />Sports Official (Men's Baseball) 8.00 game <br />Student Intern 2.90 hour <br />Swimm~ing Instructor 2.90 hour <br />Swimm, ing Pool Manager 3.65-3.85-4.10 hour <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That any and all other Resolutions amending Section 3.1 <br />of Resolution No. 58-281 are declared to be superseded, rescinded and repealed by <br />this Resolution. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution shall take effect as of the <br />1st day of January, 1972. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular <br /> <br />meeting held on the 20th day of December <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />, 1971 <br /> <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, Florence I.
