RESOLUTION 71-114 APPROVING THE DECISION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND CONDITIONALLY GRANTING <br />VA 71-51 FILED BY CHADRON L. WILLIAMS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana does hereby approve the decision of the Planning Commission <br />and does hereby grant Variance Application 71-51 filed by Chadron <br />L. Williams to allow parking in the required 15 foot front setback <br />in the P District located at 1041 W. First Street, Santa Ana, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved plot <br />plan, except for minor modifications approved by <br />the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire <br /> Departments be met. <br /> <br />3. Dedicate vehicular access rights. <br /> <br />4. Pay drainage assessment fee. <br /> <br />5. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights. <br /> <br />The following requirements must also be met: <br /> <br />1. Dedications: <br /> <br />a. First Street: Vehicular access rights except at <br /> the east 30 feet of the west 77 feet. <br /> <br />NOTE: Dedication shall be initiated by the owner through the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />The applicant should investigate standard fees for <br />drainage assessment, etc. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of December, 1971 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLO.RENCE I.
