RESOLUTION 72-1 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF <br />THE ZONING ADMINSTRATOR AND APPROVING MINOR <br />EXCEPTION 71-14 FILED BY ROLAND FRANK GONZALES <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana does hereby overrule the decision of the Zoning Administrator <br />and does hereby approve Appeal ~287 on Minor Exception 71-14 <br />filed by Roland Frank Gonzales to allow a 5' high fence in the <br />front 20' setback in the R 1 District at 1420 West 9th Street, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Dedicate required street or alley right of way. <br /> <br />2. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights. <br /> <br />3. Construct necessary street improvements: <br /> <br />a. sidewalk <br /> <br />4. Ail public improvement construction shall be subject to <br /> inspection and approval by the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />Required property dedications shall be initiated by the <br />owner, through the Department of Public Works, at least <br />four weeks prior to application for a building permit, <br />or use as applicable, to avoid delay. <br /> <br />The following requirement is also to be complied with: <br /> <br />1.
