<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on
<br />motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the follow-
<br />
<br />lng Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br />"An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, California,
<br />ordering, calling, providing for and giving notice
<br />of a Special Municipal Election to be held in the
<br />City of Santa Aha on the 12th day of April, 1955,
<br />for the purpose of submitting to the qualified
<br />voters of said City a proposition to incur bonded
<br />indebSedness by s aid City for a o6rtain municipal
<br />improvement and consolidating said Election with
<br />the General Municipal Election to be held on said
<br />date"

<br />bounded easterly by Newport Avenue, westerly by a line 4421 west of

<br />Harbor Road, bounded northerly by the south boundary of the City of
<br />Santa Ana, south of Dyer Road by a line 13,021' southerly of said City
<br />boundary. On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and

<br />"Resolution No. 55-72 giving notice of proposed
<br />annexation to City of Santa Ana of that certain
<br />uninhabited territory described herein and desig-
<br />nated IWiegand and Matthews AnnexI, and giving
<br />notice of time and place for hearing of protests
<br />thereto"

<br />was considered and passed by the following vote:
