ELAM <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha does hereby grant Appeal $289 approving Variance Application <br />No. 71-62 filed by Lorraine B. Elam to continue use of rear of <br />property for auto reclaiming at 5106 W.
