RESOLUTION 72-15 GRANTING APPEAL #291 FILED <br />BY Gl{ACE ALBERTS AND APPROVING VARIANCE <br />APPLICATION 71-63 FILED BY ELLIS W. STANLEY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha does hereby grant Appeal 9291 filed by Grace Alberts and <br />does hereby approve Variance Application No. 71-63 filed by <br />Ellis W. Stanley to allow generator rebuilding in the C 2 <br />District located at 1112 E. 17th Street, Santa Ana, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the generator rebuilding be limited to generators <br /> for passenger and truck vehicles only. <br /> <br />2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire Departments <br /> be met. <br /> <br />3. That any trash areas must be enclosed in accordance <br /> with the Planning Department standards. <br /> <br />The following requirements must also be met: <br /> <br />NOTE: No building permit has been issued by the City for the <br /> existing cooler. <br /> <br />1. Obtain a building permit for the existing cooler on <br /> the property. <br /> <br />Ail items stored or offered for sale and all activities <br />shall be Conducted within the building. There shall be <br />no storage of inoperable vehicles on the property as <br />defined under Section 41-80 "Definition of Inoperable <br />Vehicle" nor shall there be any junk yard, automobile <br />wrecking yard, salvage yard, or impound yard activities <br />on the property as defined by Section 41-88 (Definition <br />of Same) in the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />Ordinance requires approximately 21,920 sq. ft. of <br />parking area (1/3 of total net area of lot) which <br />would be approximately 69 offstreet parking stalls. <br /> <br />Applicant shall submit a revised plot plan indicating <br />21,920 sq. ft. minimum parking area located in a manner <br />meeting the approval of the Planning Department. Park- <br />ing area shall be in accordance with Ordinance require- <br />ments. <br /> <br />4. A plan of access driveways and existing fire hydrants <br /> shall be submitted to the Fire Department for approval. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17 day of Januar~ <br />1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
