RESOLUTION 72-17 UPHOLDING DECISION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT NO. 71-34 FILED BY ROBERT R. <br />WASHER <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana does hereby uphold the decision of the Planning <br />Commission and does hereby approve CUP No. 71-34 filed by <br />Robert R. Washer to allow retail sales in the M 1 District <br />located at 3500 W. 17th Street, Santa Ana, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved <br />plot plan, except for m/nor modifications ap- <br />proved by the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire <br /> Departments be met. <br /> <br />That a landscape plan be submitted to and ap- <br />proved by the Planning Department, including <br />the provisions of Sec. 41-618 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance, and that said landscaping be imple- <br />mented and be continuously maintained. <br /> <br />4. That any trash areas be enclosed in accordance <br /> with the Planning Department standards. <br /> <br />5. That required street or alley right of way be <br /> dedicated. <br /> <br />6. That Vehicular access rights be dedicated. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />That required property dedications shall be <br />initiated by the owner, through the Department <br />of Public Works, at least four weeks prior to <br />application for a building permit, or use as <br />applicable, to avoid delay. <br /> <br />A 4' wide landscaped strip is to be installed <br />and permanently maintained along tke west side <br />of the building as shown on the original de- <br />velopment plan for the building. <br /> <br />Tha~ there be no storage or display of motor- <br />cycles or parts. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That a cash bond in the amount of $446.00 be <br />deposited with the City for future sidewalk <br />and trees at ultimate location on Seventeeth <br />Street. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />That water main charge be paid and cost of <br />service connection if connection to City water <br />system is desired. <br /> <br />NOTE: There will be no curbside parking along <br /> Seventeenth Street. <br /> <br />12. Dedications: <br /> <br />Seventeenth Street <br /> <br />a. Street easement for a width of 52 feet <br /> from center line to property line. <br /> <br />Vehicular access rights except at the <br />east 36 feet of the westerly 50.5 feet <br />of this property. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
