RESOLUTION 72-25 <br /> <br />UPHOLDING THE .DECISION OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AND DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT ON APPLICATION 71-40 FILED BY <br />HAZEL L.
