RESOLUTION 72-38 <br /> <br />U~HOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AND APPROVING VARIANCE APPLICATION <br />71-65 FILED BY ERICKSON PROPERTIES CORPORATION <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the findings of <br />fact of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby approve Variance Application <br />71-65 filed by Erickson Properties Corporation to allow a <br />pole sign 80 feet in height, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved plot <br />plan and Findings of Fact except for minor <br />modifications approved by the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That all code provisions required to be complied <br /> with by the Building and Fire Department be met. <br /> <br />3. Secure Building and Electrical Permit. <br /> <br />Construct and complete necessary streets improve- <br />ments in accordance with city standards. <br />a. sidewalk <br />b. tree wells <br /> <br />The Standard Station sign shall not exceed 150 <br />square feet and the Lorenzo Restaurant sign <br />shall not exceed 250 square feet. <br /> <br />The following requirements must also be met: <br /> <br />Place full width sidewalk with tree wells and trees <br />on Edinger Avenue over the westerly 40 feet of this <br />property. <br /> <br />2.
