RESOLUTION 72-44 <br /> <br />GRANTING THE APPEAL FILED BY WESTERN <br />UNION REALTY COMPANY CONTESTING THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 72-18 FILED BY <br />PRUDENTIAL OVERALL SUPPLY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of <br />Fact of the Planning Commission and testimony presented <br />before the City Council, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha hereby reverses the decision of the Planning <br />Commission, and Appeal No. 301 on Variance Application <br />No. 72-18 filed by Western Union Realty Company is <br />hereby granted. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day <br />of May, 1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
