RESOLUTION 72-45 <br /> <br />UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AND DENYING APPEAL 9300 ON <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 72-9 FILED BY <br />SHANNON J. ELLER <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of <br />Fact of the Planning Colmnission, the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the <br />Planning Commission, and Appeal #300 on Variance Application <br />72-9 filed by Shannon J.
