RESOLUTION 72-46 <br /> <br />UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AND DENYING APPEAL 9299 ON <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 72-7 FILED BY <br />ARTHUR KENNETH BRIMLOW <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of <br />Fact of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the <br />Planning Commission, and Appeal #299 on Conditional Use <br />Permit 72-7 filed by Arthur Kenneth Brimlow to operate <br />a wrecking yard in the M2 District at 834 East Washington, <br />is hereby DENIED. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of <br />May, 1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
