RESOLUTION 72-47 <br /> <br />UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AND APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT 72-3 FILED BY STANDARD OIL COMPANY <br />OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of <br />Fact of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby approve Conditional Use <br />Permit 72-3 filed by Standard Oil Company of California <br />to allow the manufacture, distribution and sale of <br />agriculture chemicals in the M 2 District at 1016 Santiago <br />Avenue, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That development be according to the approved plot <br /> plan, except for minor modifications approved by <br /> the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire Depart- <br /> ments be met. <br /> <br />Submit to the Department of Public Works, for their <br />approval, an acceptable final grading plan or an <br />on-site drainage plan or both, showing the direction <br />and means of flow to the adjacent street (s) or <br />channel (s) when this property is developed. Plan <br />is to include existing and proposed elevations at <br />the property lines. Applicants should check with <br />the Department of Public Works for extent of study <br />needs. <br /> <br />4. Pay drainage assessment fee. <br /> <br />5. Pay water service connection charges. <br /> <br />6. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights. <br /> <br />7. Pay street tree charges. <br /> <br />8. Construct necessary sewer facilities as required by <br /> the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />9. Submit a sanitary sewer study to the Department of <br /> Public Works. <br /> <br />The following requirements must also be met: <br /> <br />1. Indicate 9 parking spaces on plot plan. <br /> <br />Construct an 8' high completely opaque fence along <br />Santiago Avenue including gates. Materials for <br />fence construction shall meet the approval of the <br />Planning Department and Building Department. <br /> <br />Meet all Fire Code requirements as set forth in <br />letter to the applicant from the Fire Department <br />dated February 23, 1972 signed by Samuel M. McCalla, <br />Inspector, Fire Inspection Bureau. <br /> <br />4. The following requirements must also be met prior to <br /> the issuance of a building permit: <br /> <br />Deposit with the City a cash deposit in the amount <br />of $6,000.00 or such other sum that is set to meet <br />the requirements of the Public Works Department <br />to guarantee the future improvements in Santiago <br />Street consisting of street paving, curb and <br />gutter, sidewalk and cost of improvement plans. <br /> <br /> <br />
