1868 in Book "B", Page 410 of Judgments of Court of the 17th Judicial District in and County, California described as follows: the District for Los Angeles The South 8 acres of the following described tract: Beginning at a point in the North line of said Section 20, 98 rods East of the Northwest corner thereof, said point being the Northeast corner of that certain tract of land conveyed by J. C. Thomas to S. E. Hiskey by deed recorded in Book 178, Page 147 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California; thence South on the East line of said land, and the prolongation South thereof 71 rods, more or less, to the Northwest corner of that certain tract of land conveyed by Silas Ritchey to Charles A. Sweet and Ray Bil- lingsley by deed recorded in Book 165, Page 149 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California; thence East on the North line of said land, 70 rods; thence North 71 rods, more or less to the North line of said Section 20; thence West on said North line, 70 rods, more or less to the point of beginning.
