RESOLUTION 72-58 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA <br />ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLAN- <br />NING COMMISSION AND GRANTING VARIANCE <br />APPLICATION 72-21 FILED BY ZACHARY T. <br />PEDICINI <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the findings of <br />fact of the Planning Commission the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby grant VA 72-21 filed by <br />Zachary T. Pedicini to construct a pole sign in excess of <br />250 square feet in the C 4 District at 1208 E. McFadden <br />Avenue, Santa Ana, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved <br />plot plan, except for minor modifications <br />approved by the Planning Department. <br /> <br />The following requirements must also be met: <br /> <br />A. Sign shall not be blinking, flashing or ani- <br /> mated in any manner and shall be non-rotating. <br /> <br />Sign shall not exceed 350 square feet in area <br />on either face (including existing Stater Bros. <br />sign). <br /> <br />C.
