RESOLUTION 72-59 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA <br />ANA GRANTING VARIANCE APPLICATION 72-22 <br />FILED BY FERMAN ALARCON <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the findings of <br />fact of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha does hereby grant VA 72-22 filed by <br />Ferman Alarcon, to expand a legal non-conforming wreck- <br />ing yard into the R 2 District at 3402 West Seventeenth <br />Street, Santa Ana, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved <br />plot plan, except for minor modifications approved <br />by the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire De- <br /> partments be met. <br /> <br />3. Provide a ten-year continuing offer of dedication <br /> for required street right of way. <br /> <br />4. Dedicate vehicular access rights. <br /> <br />5. Pay street lighting deposit for future street <br /> lights. <br /> <br />6. Pay street tree charges. <br /> <br />7. Construct necessary street improvements: <br /> Sidewalk, driveway, tree wells. <br /> <br />8. Close existing driveways as required to City <br /> standards. <br /> <br />Ail public improvement construction shall be <br />subject to inspection and approval by the De- <br />partment of Public Works. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Required property dedications shall be initiated <br />by the owner, through the Department of Public <br />Works, at least four weeks prior to application <br />for a building permit, or use as applicable, to <br />avoid delay. <br /> <br />The following requirements must also be met: <br /> <br />A. Comply with all of requirements of the City <br /> wrecking and junk yard ordinance. <br /> <br />B. No vehicles to be stored in the 20' driveway. <br /> <br />C. Dedications: <br /> <br />(1) Fifth Street: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Offer of dedication for a width of <br />40 feet from center line to property <br />line over the east 33 feet of the <br />westerly 45 feet with vehicular access <br /> rights. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
