RESOLUTION 72-62 <br />RESERVING TOPICS APPORTIONMENT <br /> FOR FISCAL YEARS <br /> 1971-72 AND 1972-73 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has received notification from <br />Mr. James A. Moe, State Director of Public Works, by letter to the <br />City Council dated March 23, t972, that Federal TOPICS funds have <br />been ~p~6r~'~'o~i~d' to the City Df' Santa Ana in the amounts of $103,817.00 <br />for the 1971/72 fiscal year and $103, 817.00 for the 1972/73 fiscal year; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, th~ City must exercise one of four options or com- <br />binations thereof with respect to the acceptance or rejection of its <br />TOPICS~ ap~ortionme'nt as outlined in Exhibit "A", attached, prior to <br />60 days from March 23, 1972; <br /> <br /> NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Santa Ana <br />elects 5o expend the $103, 817.00 of TOPICS funds appoi~tioned t© th~ City <br />in e~ch'0f the 1971/:72 ~and 1972/73 fiscal years for (OPtiOn ~) improvement <br />projects and studies. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of May, 1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE ~OUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
