PATTERSON AND DENYING <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 72-5 FILED BY <br />HARVEY BEAR <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of Fact <br />of the Planning Commission and testimony presented before the <br />City Council, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />grants Appeal $305 filed by Jerry M.
