SECTION 1. That this City Council, being the legislative <br />body of said city, hereby authorizes COUNCILMEN VILLA, EVANS, HERRIN, <br />GRISET, YAMAMOTO and PATTERSON, members of said body, to file written <br />arguments for PROPOSITION A; and does further authorize the CITY <br />COUNCIL to file written arguments for PROPOSITION B; and does further <br />authorize COUNCILMEN VILLA, EVANS, GRISET, YAMAMOTO and PATTERSON, <br />members of said body, to file written arguments for PROPOSITION C; <br />in accordance with Article 4, Chapter 3, Division 4 of the Elections <br />Code of the State of California and to change said arguments until <br />and including the date fixed by the Clerk of the Council after which <br />no arguments for or against said city measures may be submitted to <br />said Clerk. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
