RESOLUTION 72-83 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA <br />ANA HEARING AND RULING OF OBJECTIONS TO <br />WEED AND RUBBISH ABATEMENT REPORT OF <br />DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS, APPROVING <br />REPORT AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF <br />FILED WITH THE TAX COLLECTOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Director of Public Works has given notice <br />as required by law, in which notice the seventh day of August, <br />1972, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. was fixed as the time, and 530 <br />North Ross Street as the place where any and all persons in- <br />terested in the said report might be heard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time set, the Director of Public Works <br />having submitted the said report and all of said protests or <br />objections to said report having been heard. <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana that all of said protests or objections to the said <br />report of the work done be, and the same are, hereby overruled <br />and the report affirmed and that the Director of Public Works <br />he, and he is, hereby directed to file a copy of said report <br />with the Tax Collector of Orange County. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of August , <br />1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />ss <br /> <br /> I, Florence I.
