RES OLUTION 72-94 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA OVERRULING THE DENIAL <br />OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING <br />MINOR EXCEPTION APPLICATION 72-13 FILED BY <br />GREAT WESTERN RECLAMATION, INC <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the finding of fact of the <br />Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />does hereby overrule the decision of the Zoning Administrator <br />and grants Minor Exception Application No. 72-13 filed by Great <br />Western Reclamation, Inc. to waive required solid fence or wall <br />and require a chain link fence with slats in conjunction <br />with outdoor storage for a refuse collection business at 1800 <br />S. Grand Avenue in the M 1 District subject to the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved plot plan, <br />except for minor modifications approved by the Planning <br />De~a~t~nent, <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />That all conditions of the Building and Fire Departments <br />be met. <br /> <br />Submit to the Department of Public Works, for their approval, <br />an acceptable final grading plan or an on-site drainage plan <br />or both, showing the direction and means of flow to the <br />adjacent street(s) or channel(s) when this property is de- <br />veloped. Plan is to include existing and proposed elevations <br />at the property lines. Applicants should check with the <br />Department of Public Works for extent of study needs. <br /> <br />w <br /> <br />Submit an on-site water system study and plan to the Department <br />of Public Works. <br /> <br />5. Provide construction plans for: <br /> <br />a. required street improvement. <br /> <br />6. Pay City sanitary sewer main assessment fee. <br /> <br />7. Pay water service connection charges. <br /> <br />8. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights. <br /> <br />9. Pay street tree charges. <br /> <br />10. Construct necessary street improvements: <br /> <br />a. paving, <br />b. curb and gutter, <br />c. sidewalk, <br />d. driveway, <br />e. tree wells. <br /> <br />11. Construct necessary sewer facilities as required by the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />12. Construct necessary storm drain facilities as required by the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Ail plans and surveys for required public improvements shall <br />be prepared under the direction of a registered Civil Engineer <br />and shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br />approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
